YOGA CLASSES FOR MEMBERS

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA

This vinyasa based class will work you into a sweat (80 degrees) with a powerful and fluid sequence that will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally. Be prepared to move your body with creative sequencing that provides variations for those who are newer to the practice as well as experienced practitioners. Learn to harness your breath, emotions, and thoughts through guided exercises and challenges. Heated to 80 degrees to facilitate loosening and opening the body to maximize the benefits of the movement. You will gain strength, wellness, and perspective.

STATIC FLOW YOGA

This educational based class is designed to explore and feel poses and transitions. You will become more familiar with the names, alignment, and muscle engagement for poses by spending more time working on them and seeing more demonstrations and explanations. Those who are newer to the practice will feel comfortable as they learn. Experienced and newer practitioners will be pushed to take their own personal practice to the next level by finding more engagement within the poses, as well as being offered challenging options based on their experience. Prepare to evolve physically, mentally and emotionally as we dive deeper into the yoga practice. Heated to 75 degrees to help facilitate loosening and opening the body to maximize the benefits of the movement as we flow, strengthen, and breath with intention and focus.

MOBILITY FLOW YOGA

This class is based on poses and transitions that naturally occur while climbing. Your mobility, range of motion, and strength will be challenged and enhanced. Come to class ready to sweat, have fun, and be challenged physically, mentally and emotionally. Those who are newer to the practice as well as experienced practitioners will find this class accessible and challenging. With an emphasis on natural climbing movements, tension based core strengthening, and all around balancing, the results from this class will directly translate to better performance on the climbing wall. Heated to 80 degrees to facilitate loosening and opening the body to maximize the benefits of the movement.
