CLIMBING CLASSES

Looking to improve your climbing abilities? We have a variety of climbing classes to help you reach that next level. These classes mix several styles of training like your traditional fitness workouts, HIIT workouts and on the wall circuits to build endurance and power. It’s also a great way to meet other members of the climbing community.

CLIMBING COURSES

Our climbing courses are lead by American Mountain Guide Association (AMGA) certified instructors. If you are looking to get more out of the gym or transition to the outdoors, look no further. Our instructors teach courses ranging from the basics like Introduction to Rope Climbing (Top Rope), to more intermediate skills like Introduction to Lead Climbing, or advanced skills like rappelling or rope rescue.

PRIVATE CLIMBING LESSONS

Looking for more personalized training? You can schedule one-on-one sessions with our instructors and coaches. We want to know what your goals are so we can help get you where you want to be!

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Let’s burn that energy while we build strength, confidence and life long friendships! Our youth programs start for kids at age 6 and go to 18 years old. If your little ones are just starting out, Camp or Climbing Club are a great option. If you have a crusher in the family then you might want to book a free tryout for Team Threshold! We compete at local competitions as well as USA Climbing sanctioned region, divisional and national championships.
